04/05/10: Severe Head Trauma will be adding 2 additional tracks on their second album "Demented Vows" - stay tuned for details. This past month has been quite hectic for all of us. However, we have never been more inspired to continue down our path of creating music.
We will be posting demos from new songs we have been working on next month, so keep your ears and eyes opened... the music is darker, groovier, and with more twists....

12/23/09: We are preparing to blow people's minds... so we hope...
06/15/09: We would like to apologize to everyone for not performing tonight at The Scene.
Here's what happened:
So the show was supposed to begin at 9 P.M. and the first performer that was supposed to go up, didn't show. Who knows what happened. Anyways, we were up at 10:30 P.M. and as we were loading up our gear, I got a call from Rocko (Viddious) that The Scene posted up a flyer saying that the show was cancelled. Our guess is that whoever was in charge at The Scene decided to close the place since the first performer didn't arrive.
We hope that you accept our apology and we would like to make it up to you by letting you know that we have uploaded a demo of one of our songs entitled "Texture Decays".
We'll be honest, this demo is very different from the album version. The demo version of "Texture Decays" is 6 minutes long and the album version is 9 minutes long.
Either way, we hope you enjoy it and we're sorry once again.
Hopefully we can reschedule that show at The Scene and if not, somewhere else.
Thank you for you love, respect, and support,
The Absynths
